The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new shade structure, ramps, walkways and landscaping as part of the Early Works package at Darra State School, located at 4076/12 Winslow Street, Darra QLD 4076.
The site is positioned in the heart of the school however has good access. All works are to be completed by March 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
Please contact Nadia Arkhipkina – Project Manager via email at: nadia@honeywill.com.au with your PQC Certificate and company registration details. Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
Submissions close: on Tuesday, 15th November 2022 at 2:00pm.
IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
