Section 1

Tender Overview

Redland City Council is seeking a main/head contractor for the design and construction of replacement of AC Water mains within the following locations:

SP1 - AC & Ductile Main Replacement Mary Pleasant Drive & Side Street (Jib Street) Birkdale – Redland City

Design and construction for replacement of existing water main of approximate lengths 643m of DN250, 80m of DN200, 472m of DN150 & 175m of DN100 including property water services and associated fittings & fixtures

 

SP2 - AC Main Replacement Makaha Drive & Side Streets Birkdale – Redland City

Design and construction for replacement of existing water main of approximate lengths 961m of DN150 & 898m of DN100 including property water services and associated fittings & fixtures.

A Site Inspection is considered mandatory for this project. An inspection of the Site will be held on Thursday 10 November 2022 (commencing 10am sharp).  Please refer to Clause 2.3 of the Conditions of Tender for details including registration requirements.
