Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties able to provide a contemporary, reliable and long-term sustainable Video on Demand Solution to the Queensland Parliament.

We are seeking to gain a more detailed understanding of the Supplier Market for a video and audio curation system able to capture, clip, store and publish curated free-to-air content for Members of Parliament. This system will ideally be an out-of-the-box solution for the full end-to-end process, either hosted in the cloud or run on-premise infrastructure.

The technical requirements for the proposed solution are:

  • all data storage and AI processing must remain on Australian soil in-line with the PS's Data Sovereignty requirements;
  • security assessments will be performed on the successfully tendered solution, as part of a future procurement process; and
  • ease of use for end users will be a consideration.

The emphasis is on existing and proven solutions. We are not seeking to engage a software development company to build and maintain a new IT solution.
