The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Serviceton South State School New GLA project consisting of the design, documentation, erection and completion of the new General Learning Centre Building are as follows:

• Level 1 - 3 x GLA’s + 1 SLA (level 1)

• Ground floor  – Undercroft

The new General Learning Centre building include the following: 

New Building – General

• New interconnecting covered walkways, ramps and landscaping, that integrate the new General Learning Centre with surrounding buildings and spaces.

• Upgrades to existing services infrastructure, as required, to facilitate the new building.

Other works

• Additional car parking spaces

• Replacement of existing facilities required to be demolished to accommodate the new building.

• Resurfacing of existing basketball courts

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level #2.
