Procurement Process

This tender is a two-stage process with an expected release date around the 30th November 2022, subject to final approvals.

Stage 1 - Expression of Interest (EOI) will be invited from the industry in approximately 3 weeks. There will be prequalified requirements and offerors will have two weeks to submit a short response primarily addressing capability and availability criteria. Responses to the EOI are likely to be concise, in the order of 6 pages plus supporting documentation (such as key CV's on the TMR template).

Stage 2 - Invitation to Offer (ITO) is expected to be issued mid to late January 2023. The ITO will be restricted to shortlisted tenderers from the EOI, at least two and likely up to four offerors. The second stage tender will remain open for 4 weeks.

The successful Offeror is expected to be announced by late March 2023, subject to suitability and approvals.
