Tender Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requires a supplier with experience in establishing a security framework for document and records management solutions who can assess TMR's current state and make recommendations on best practices moving forward.  The security framework will include consideration of critical security components such as confidentiality which will include requirements for identity and access management within document and records management solutions (for example, role based or function based) as well as access governance.  The framework must also address integrity requirements to ensure information is protected from unauthorized changes and availability to ensure information can be accessed by authorized users when and how they need.
