Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a sutiably qualified Design and Construct Concrator to undertake the works described below.

Design and Construction of new facility as a like-for-like replacement of the existing Blackwater Blackwater Multipurpose Health Service and Moranbah Hospital. For Blackwater, this includes both acute and non-acute spaces, general and clinical support areas and a 10 bed inpatient ward.

The scope also requires relocation of the existing helipad.

Demolition of all existing facilities excluding the staff accommodation will be required by the Design and Construct Contractor.

To be eligible to tender all tenderers must be suitably prequalified and meet all PQC eligibility criteria. More information regarding tenderer PQC status is
provided in section 9 of the Request for Offer document.
