Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a new Queensland Representative School Sport Digital Platform (QRSSDP).  The Customer requires enterprise and user level subscription-based licensing and support of a fit for purpose solution for Queensland Representative School Sport which will deliver the capability to manage digital Consent and Registration to Participate in Representative School Sport.

The key problems Queensland Representative School Sport is aiming to solve through a new Digital Platform include tackling:

  • Inefficient and paper-based approaches to representative school sport management;
  • Data security risks;
  • Limited functionality for data analysis and reporting; and
  • Inefficient communication channels.

The Contract will cover the following Products and Services:

  • Software as a Service that meets the Customer’s defined Solution requirements;
  • Project management and implementation services commensurate with the requirement to implement the Solution; and
  • Ongoing support and maintenance services.

It includes Representative sport levels, Permissions and Consent, Principal Authorisations, Data Management and Analytics, and Communication Channels.

It does not include the School sport level, Event / Travel Management, Third Party Applications, Supply of Uniforms / Kit, Financial Management and Payments Solution.
