Tender Overview |
---|
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in collaboration with Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) invites Offers for an Incident Adjudication Portal (IAP) Solution. This Invitation to Offer (ITO) is seeking Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the development, supply and ongoing management, support and maintenance of a new IAP Solution for Mobile Phone Seatbelt Technology (MPST) camera related infringements. TMR requires the project be performed in at least three (3) Stages as follows:
The IAP Solution will include all Products and Services necessary to meet the Requirements set out in the ITO and ideally use Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (MEDA) where appropriate to replace the existing Mobile Phone Seatbelt Technology (MPST) Solution, decoupling it from its Registration and Licensing System (R&LS) before transitioning this function to QRO. Any subsequent contract(s) will use the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) Framework and will likely include modules for Software (including Developed Software and Software Support Services), As-a-Service, Systems Integration, and Managed Services (including Data Migration Services) and ICT Professional Services.
For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
NOTE: Suppliers must compete and execute the Confidentiality Deed issued with this ITO in order to get access to Part B2 – IAP Solution Requirements and associated attachments.
