Redland City Council is seeking Tenders for a Principal Contractor to carry out design and construction works for the renewal of Sewerage Pump Station (SPS) SPS029 wet well, dry well and associated infrastructure. The works includes the provision of the design, all materials, plant/equipment, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply/delivery, installation or construction, supervision and certification for the proposed works/services. Refer to tender package for the full extent of the works. Appendix J is a video clip and not uploaded via QTenders. Tenderers are requested to email pdgprocurement@redland.qld,gov.au for a copy. Tenderers are to note there is a mandatory site inspection for this tender scheduled for 09.30am on 07 December 2022. Please refer to Section A Part 1 and 2 Clasue 2.3 for further details.
