Stadiums Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, organisations and individual operators for the provision of Venue Production and AV Services at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
The successful Proponent will provide the following services:
Venue Production and AV Services for all events and functions as directed by venue staff at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. The provision of such services would include, but not be limited to; big screen video operation, video graphic production, vision control, audio system operation and control, show control and co-ordination, sports/event presentation services, match day vision distribution and technical direction for Event Day services.
In addition to the Event Day services described above, the successful proponent will also provide support for Function Space Activations that require Audio Visual Technology support as directed by venue staff at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. The provision of such services would include, but not be limited to; activations of Audio-Visual technologies such as in-room digital displays, audio presentation systems, premium function activations (such as thematic lighting, wash lighting, spotlights, audio services associated with multiple inputs, staging, etc).

Interested parties are required to enter into a Confidentiality Deed Poll (Deed) prior to the Invitation to Submit Offers documentation being released. To request a copy of the Deed please email tenders@stadiums.qld.gov.au.
After submission of the above Deed (via email to tenders@stadiums.qld.gov.au) and assessment to confirm it is correct and complete, the Invitation to Submit Offers documentation will be issued to the Proponent’s representative outlined in clause 8.8(b)(ii) of the Deed.
Please note the last day to request a copy of the Confidentiality Deed is Friday, 2 December 2022.
Final submissions close 11.00am (AEST) Friday, 23 December 2022 via QTenders.
