Queensland Hydro is seeking Expressions of Interest for consultancy services to develop the Cost Estimate for the Pioneer-Burdekin Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project (PBPHES). The Cost Estimator will be responsible for the time sensitive development of a Class 3/4 risk-adjusted capital cost estimate and the associated financial and economic modelling for the Pioneer-Burdekin Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project. Queensland Hydro are conducting a two-stage procurement process including this public Expression of Interest (EOI) which will result in a short-list of capable tendering entities. There will be no proposed agreement or contract resulting from this EOI process. The shortlisted suppliers will proceed to a select tender phase. For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail". |
