Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) is seeking the services of an experienced Supplier to consult on and develop a Primary Prevention Plan (PPP) in response to recommendation nine (9) of the Women’s Safety and Justice Taskforce (the Taskforce) Report 1.

The PPP is a foundational reform initiative and will provide an overarching blueprint for government and the broader community, to guide and inform efforts to prevent violence against women and girls. This is an important initiative that will help to improve the safety and wellbeing of Queensland women, enable women and girls to reach their full potential in a community that values gender equality and upholds their human rights.
