Tender Overview

The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Energy and Public Works, QBuild will be releasing an invitation to offer (ITO) inviting contractors to submit an offer for the following project within the North Queensland region:

Project No. 91936 - Normaton - Construction of 2x3 Bed (10 Noel St), 2x3 Bed (17 Travers St) & 2x2 Bed (4 Hannam Street)

The invitation to offer (tender) is anticipated to go to market on the QBuild eTender website https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/ in March 2023

Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2 and must have an office located in the FNQ, Nort West or NQ region
