Tender Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) has established a new whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement called the Infrastructure Building and Constructions Panel (IBCP).

The panel seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities. The TMR categories within IBCP have been aligned to utilise the same category names as described in the Manual for Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP), Contract Administration and Environment and Cultural Heritage categories, and there are additional project management categories.

The existing Engineering Consultant Scheme (ECS) will continue to operate until 30 July 2023.

TMR is seeking applications from currently approved IBCP Prequalified Suppliers within the below categories to apply to join IBCP:

  • Contract Administration / Project Management (Civil)
  • Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services
  • Transport Infrastructure Design (CFEP)

Please note:

  • Transport Infrastructure Engineering Design (CFEP) is currently on hold in IBCP but should be available in the near future.  Applications to join IBCP is still available in preparation for when this does happen.
  • Survey Services category will not be available to join IBCP in this quarter.

The closing date and time is 15th March 2023 at 11:00am (AEST).

Electronic copies of tender submissions are to be lodged in QTenders before the tender closes.

Tender submissions will not be accepted by email.
