The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new Multipurpose Courts at Woodcrest State College, located at 38 Nev Smith Drive, Springfield QLD 4300, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS).

The scope includes the design and construction of two (2) new external multipurpose courts and associated landscaping works including new fencing, sandstone terrace seating, artificial turf and soft landscaping. All works are to be completed by June 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
