Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the Provision of Professional Services for the Development and Operationalisation of a Regulatory Assurance Framework. It includes a staged approach to implementing a Regulatory Assurance Framework for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. 

Stage 1 requirements (refer to Attachment 1 - Scope of Work) for this service includes:

  • Delivery of the consultation draft Regulatory Assurance Framework
  • Delivery of the Operationalisation Report

A pre-briefing session will be arranged with interested suppliers to respond to any questions and gain further clarity on Customer requirements and expectations. If you are interested in attending the pre-briefing session, please email procurement@qbcc.qld.gov.au by COB Wednesday 1st March 2023 referring QBCC2023106.

The proposed contract period for this contract will be determined with consideration of market responses but not beyond 30 June 2023, for the Stage 1 Deliverables.

An opportunity for further engagement with a Supplier for future stages of deliverables resulting from Stage 1 recommendations and implementation activities (ie. Stage 2 Deliverables), will be considered upon satisfactory performance of the Supplier. Subsequent engagement is not guaranteed.
