2023 Level 8 Sit / Stand Desks Dismantle and Removal Dismantle 3 banks x10 existing 1800mm long back to back Krossel user adjustable and fixed height workstations including associated screens, remove from site for processing, based on single site, single stage dismantle / removal from site scope (outside of normal office hours). Install Transport to site and install 3 Pods x12 1500mm sit / stand workstations back to back user adjustable and fixed height, including associated dividing desk screens, Install soft electrical cabling / PC cabling / telephone cabling and trays for each workstation and test. Make good to work areas Relocate Relocate 11 x 1500mm Chevello workstations as indicated in Part B Schedules, Attachment 4 – Project Drawing Level 8 (by Arqus Design) .Note A laydown area is provided in parking bays 1 & 2 on Level 2 (accessed from Hutton Lane) on site at WorkCover Queensland. Work Commencement Work on Level 8 will commence on Monday17 April 2023.
2024 / 2025 Sit / Stand Desks Levels 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 Other Works Other Levels listed below will undertake a similar process with the removal of standard workstations and replacement with sit stand workstations in the financial years 2024 and 2025. Dismantle and Removal 3 banks x10 existing 1800mm long back to back Krossel user adjustable and fixed height workstations including associated screens, remove from site for processing, based on single site, single stage dismantle / removal from site scope (outside of normal office hours). Install 3 banks x12 1500mm sit / stand workstations back to back user adjustable and fixed height, including associated screens, based on single site, single stage install (outside of normal office hours).
Variations for 2024 / 2025 - Sit / Stand Desks Levels 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 Separate from the scope listed above there is a requirement to relocate existing sit / stand workstations on the same Level Relocate With future work, WorkCover Queensland does not as yet know the number of workstations to be relocated on each Level. Relocation by Level will be by way of a pricing variation based on an hourly rate for the Suppliers personnel involved. The Supplier is requested to indicate the Personnel and Hours required to relocate 10 x workstations on a Level, this work will be undertaken outside of normal hours (6pm to 6am Monday to Friday) or Weekends . The hourly rate will included all costs and in a single visit.
