The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is seeking a supplier to provide implementation and support services for the ICT Strategy. The supplier must be a Microsoft Cloud Partner – Solutions category. This is a mandatory requirement. The proposed contract is for a period of 3 years with 2 x 12 month extension options. The contract will be comprised of three components and the supplier is expected to be able to deliver on all components. The activities within these components include: a) Resource augmentation for business-as-usual functions; b) Blended resource model where the supplier will provide a combination of outcome-based initiatives and support delivery; and c) Outcome based parcels of work associated with the four individual programs described below. The services will support the ongoing expansion and investment in the ICT Strategy for DJAG to deliver Microsoft capabilities across the four following programs within specific DJAG business divisions and across the Department more broadly:
