Tender Overview

The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is a statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. Its functions and powers are set out in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001. Our Corruption function is undergoing significant renewal and external review findings have challenged existing ways of working and perceptions about performance. As a result, the CCC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant for the provision of professional services as detailed in Attachment A Corruption Investigations Review – Requirements.

In seeking a partner for this engagement, the CCC is looking for contemporary investigations experience, relevant to public sector investigations, as well as management, policy, business process, transformation and performance expertise. The opportunity has two phases: phase 1 will review the current state and phase 2 will implement initiatives to close the gap between the current and future state.

The CCC will host an information session for all interested parties at 10am on Friday 24 March 2023. This will be held at Level 2, 515 St Paul’s Terrace Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. Video and teleconferencing facilities will not be available, however a clarification with all questions and answers will be published to QTender site by 5pm Monday 27 March 2023. Please advise procurement@ccc.qld.gov.au of your intention to attend the information session, noting the number of personnel that you would like to attend.

Should you require any clarification during the quotation period please ensure you send your request by 5pm Monday 27 March 2023. The CCC will submit all clarification responses to the QTender site by 5pm Wednesday 29 March 2023.
