Tender Overview

The Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government, and Planning requires the services of a team with experience in wayfinding, detailed signage design, manufacture and installation to assist in developing a technical manual for signage production on The Spit at Main Beach, Gold Coast. The technical manual will be an external publication containing construction drawings with instructions for siting, graphic layout, construction, installation and maintenance.

Further consideration and review of materiality and accessibility assumptions conceptualised by The Spit Wayfinding and Interpretive Framework will be required to ensure detailed designs provide an accessible environment maximising user comfort.

Upon completion of the prototype stage, the contractor will be responsible for manufacturing and installing nominated wayfinding and interpretive signs within The Top of the Spit Precinct at Main Beach, Gold Coast.

*If you have any questions in relation to this tender these will need to be submitted in writing to Procurement@dsdilgp.qld.gov.au. As this is a public tender all questions will be forwarded through to the evaluation panel and questions/answers published on Qtenders as an addendum for all to view. This will keep the process fair and equal for all tenderers.
