This Forward Procurement Notice is to advise the market that Queensland Corrective Services’ (QCS) intends to approach the market mid-2023, via an Invitation to Offer (ITO) process to source an end-to-end fit-for-purpose enterprise solution to replace QCS’s current Prisoner Trust Accounting System (PTAS). The objective of the procurement is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a user friendly and fit-for-purpose enterprise solution, that provides the required integration, functional and technical requirements, to improve the governance and management of QCS’ trust accounts. The proposed solution should be an enterprise SaaS that is designed, built, and deployed appropriately across QCS’ Correctional Centres. The solution includes, but isn’t limited to, the following functions, modules, and design considerations:
The appropriate solution deign consideration is to include agnostic integration with QCS’ current and evolving enterprise solutions. The solution is to be a system suitable to enable QCS to uplift and support its current process. QCS wishes to advise that the proposed contracting framework is the QITC, and the preferred model is a SaaS.
