The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Energy and Public Works, QBuild will be releasing an invitation to offer (ITO) inviting contractors to submit an offer for the following project within the North Queensland region:

Project No. 90661 - Mount Isa - Construction of 30x1 Bed Apartments

The invitation to offer (tender) is anticipated to go to market on the QBuild eTender website https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/ in April-May 20023

Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 3
