Section 1

Tender Overview

RCC requires a principal Contractor for the partial demolition, restoration of building elements and construction of building elements, and installation of stormwater, electrical and hydraulic services, and associated works. It is anticipated that restoration works will be comprised of various components including building restoration, site preparations and service utility upgrades.

A mandatory site visit will be held on 18 May 2023 - refer to Section A Parts 1 & 2 Conditions of Tender for full details.
