BACKGROUND Tender Doc30380806 for the provision of Medical Assessments and Health Monitoring Services will be open from 12/05/2023. All relevant documentation (including the draft agreement, scope and response schedules) will be available from EQL's online tendering tool (SAP Ariba). The Tender will close 9 June 2023. INSTRUCTIONS Tenderers are required to register with SAP Ariba to participate in this procurement process. To register your interest in participating: 1. Send an email to marie.gammage@energyq.com.au, quoting Doc30380806 in the subject of your email and including the following details: business name, postal address, ABN, contact name, email address and phone number. Please note: When receiving the registration email from SAP Ariba, Tenderers only have 24 hours to click on the link included to the email. The Ariba system does not recognise Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail email domains so plan accordingly when supplying contact email addresses. 2. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, content updates and changes to Event Timing. 3. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response they must do so using EQL’s online tendering tool (SAP Ariba). Tenderers are encouraged to read all documentation relevant to using SAP Ariba located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers. SCOPE EQL requires a Contractor managing a network of medical practitioners in locations across Queensland to provide medical assessments, health monitoring services, ad hoc advice and recommendations to EQL regarding employees’ fitness for work. The advice should include drug and alcohol matters, and any general occupational medical advice or direction as requested. The successful Tenderer should have multiple means of making appointments including online booking system, a dedicated customer services manager and a robust network of quality providers across EQL locations in Queensland, and with affiliations Australia-wide. It is EQL’s intention to have the Scope provided by a single Contractor with the capability and capacity to deliver the Scope in a timely, efficient, effective, and confidential manner.
