Tender Overview

The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Energy and Public Works, QBuild will be releasing an invitation to offer (ITO) inviting contractors to submit an offer for the following project within the North Queensland region:

Project No. 92014 - Construction of 4x2 Bed Units (Lot 32 Two St and 60 Bentley St) and 3x3 Bed Units (Lot 56 Mango Ave) at Palm Island, QLD

Refer to attached Forward Procurement Schedule for project information.

The invitation to offer (tender) is anticipated to be released to market on the QBuild eTender website https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/ in May 2023.

Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2 and an office located within the North Queensland region
