This forward procurement notice is to provide the market notice that the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) intends to approach the market for and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Solution for the Traffic Management Centres and Customer Services, Customer Contact Centre. TMR is seeking to replace the existing legacy Natural Language IVR solution servicing the phone service channel for Queenslanders to engage with us. The scope of Products and Services will likely include the supply of:

Indicative Timeframes The Department expects to release an Invitation on QTenders by mid-June 2023 with a close date on or around mid-July 2023.
