Section 1

Tender Overview

Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of a public address systems at the Nambour Showgrounds.

Scope of Works includes, but is not limited to:

  • Utilities and Service locations
  • PA system head end and distributed control equipment, including all required digital signal processors (DSP’s), amplifiers, network switches, mixers, microphones, etc (hardware and software elements).
  • All required speakers, speaker cabling and mounting accessories (including free standing poles).
  • Communications infrastructure components include equipment racks/cabinets, patch panel/s, fibre optic backbone cabling, UTP horizontal cabling and associated requirements.
  • Electrical sub-circuit connections to nominated equipment locations.
  • Site reticulation including conduit (in-ground and surface mounted) and cable pit provisions.
  • Testing and commissioning (including handover documentation).
  • Training of local staff in the basic system operation, maintenance.
  • Service Level Agreement
