Tender Overview

The Department of Education Burpengary State School are inviting tenders for the construction for a new car park. Generally speaking, the scope of works are to include for a new car park. 

 

The works are able to occur as soon as practical under a Design and Construction contract.

Electronic tenders are to be submitted by 21 / 06 / 2023 at 2:00pm by email to DETE.tenders@lar.net.au

 

Individual trade pricing will not be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from head contractors only including all individual trades. 

 

SITE VISIT DETAILS :  A mandatory tender inspection has been arranged for the 13th June 2023, 9:30am.

Please meet outside the School entry. Please confirm attendance prior.  Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
