Tender Overview

QBuild a commercialised business of the Department of Energy and Public Works invites you to submit a tender for 91679CC1, Civil Construction site setup works, as part of the Modern Methods of Construction program. 

Works may include: 

  • Site establishment activities
  • Demolition works
  • Site clearing
  • Build earthworks
  • Inground services infrastructure
  • External fencing and retaining walls
  • Other as required

Tender submissions must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
  • Office located within Queensland
