Dear Offeror,

Re:      Request for Quote (RFQ) GEO2024_00626_WCM64A & GEO2024_00663_BGM04D for Supply and Delivery of Hydrated Lime (Tablelands Region) for two Sites:

  1. Wolfram Camp
  2. Baal Gammon

Invitation to Offer

The State of Queensland through Technical Services, a business unit of the Department of Resources (the Customer) invites you to submit an offer for Contract: GEO2024_00626_WCM64A & GEO2024_00663_BGM04D in accordance with the attached conditions of offer and conditions of contract.

Offer Validity

The Offeror shall keep its Offer valid for 60 days.

Enclosed are the RFQ documents, which include the following:

 

  1. Request for Quote for site 1 & site 2
  2. Conditions of Offer
  3. Conditions of Contract

 

To submit an offer, complete the documents listed below and submit by the date and time stated on the invitation to offer:

 

  1. Request for Quote
  2. Any information the Tenderer would like to supply in support of the tender
