Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of a Staff Rostering System that will integrate with the Aurion Payroll system and Bepoz POS solution, and delivers contemporary rostering features and user experience.

The key objectives of the scope include: 

  • Identify and procure a COTS product that fulfils business requirements and delivers the required business capabilities.
  • Business process mapping, to support systems integration, service lifecycle management and organisational change management.
  • System integration and automation of business processes and data flows (where practical within the PS environment).
  • Build and configuration of solution in test and production environments.
  • Solution testing (quality assurance and user acceptance).
  • Training and ongoing support.

It does not include configuration changes or enhancements of other products and systems in the PD production environment.
