Tender Overview

The Queensland Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders to a Registration of Interest (ROI) process to identify a primary schooling solution in the Inner West Primary School Network of Brisbane.

The existing primary school sites within the Inner West Primary School Network are heavily constrained and there are limited opportunities to expand school capacities. The department has undertaken comprehensive investigations and explored several potential options to meet this service need. However, to date, no options have been deemed suitable.

As such, the department is undertaking the ROI process, with the aim to identify potential solutions from the market that may meet the primary school needs. This may include the provision of:

  • Land only;
  • Land and the development and delivery of school infrastructure;
  • Existing facilities or structures that can be repurposed to education; or
  • An alternative solution demonstrating the ability to deliver school infrastructure that meets the needs of the department.
