Tender Overview

Suitably prequalified suppliers to level PQC Level 2 or above are invited to tender for Refurbishment and Fit Out Level 5,6 & 7 (Cairns Corporate Tower "CCT") 15 Lake Street, Cairns delivering works to the Far North District (specified in the invitation documents).

Tenders are to be submitted electronically to this site.  This is a private tender opening.

Where a prequalification level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Department of Transport and Main Roads Prequalification System for the levels outlined in the tender.  This includes the registration and approval of Joint Venture applications.
