Tender Overview

Sunshine Coast Council (SCC) is seeking to engage a Contractor to lead the identification and analysis of suitable Coastal Hazard Adaptation Infrastructure (CHAI) options to mitigate coastal hazard impacts within the public realm (open space and Council-owned infrastructure), to inform future planning for Golden Beach. This will include undertaking an options analysis comparing coastal hazard adaptation and mitigation options at Golden Beach and engaging with the community to seek their input and understand their acceptance of the proposed options. Council requires these options to satisfy drainage, trafficability, character and values of the area as well as open space requirements/standards under future climate conditions.
