SEQ2410202REFURB1 Anti Ligature Program -BRISBANE CORRECTIONAL CENTRE, BRISBANE WOMEN’S CORRECTIONAL CENTRE, WOLSTON CORRECTIONAL CENTRE (Building Works)

Tenderers please note the Following:

• Tender documentation is available for download from the QBuild eTender website at  https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/
• Mandatory Site Meeting: A Mandatory Site Meeting has been scheduled and if you wish to submit an offer you must attend this site visit. Refer to Etender for further details 
• Building Works – Please ensure you have the appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the works prior to submitting an offer.
• You will require an etender account to access/download the tender documents.  Account in etender can be created by self registration using the following link  https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/public/CompanyRegistration.aspx
• Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Wednesday 15 November 2023 14:00pm AEST.
• Non Price - Tender has 70% Price and 30% Non-Price Criteria which require to be adressed at the time of offer - Refer to Tender documents for further detail
