Tender Overview

The Sunshine Coast Council Coastal pathway is 73km long and stretches from Bells Creek in the south to Coolum in the north.

This Tender is for the Construction of 1,000m Coastal Pathway from Beach Access 233 to 229.

The works are to include but limited to the following.

  • Site management
  • Traffic and pedestrian management and control
  • Construction concrete path
  • Construction of elevated boardwalk
  • Installation of wayfinding signage
  • Make good all areas
  • Final handover and inspection
  • As-built drawings including ADAC Survey
