Tender Overview

QBuild a commercialised business of the Department of Energy and Public Works on behalf of Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (the Principal) invites you to submit a tender for: 90711CON1: Construction of Dakabin State High School Community Health Precinct. 

Works generally comprise the erection and completion of the Dakabin State High School Community Health Precinct and associated external works.

Tenderers are to note a mandatory requirement to attend a scheduled site visit.  For further details please refer to tender documenatation which is available for download at QBuild eTender website. 

Tenderers to note the following mandatory requirements to tender on this project:

This tender has a minimum PQC level 2 requirement. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

Other PQC Eligibility categories include:

  • Procurement system contract category: Traditional (Lump Sum)
  • Service category: New Construction Work / Addition
  • Service activity:General Building:Low
