The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new middle school canteen at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School , located at Thrower Drive, Palm Beach Qld as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) program. The works involve infilling an existing shade structure to construct a new canteen and servery area. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with restricted access. All works are to be completed by April 2024. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Please contact Stephen Henry – Project Manager on Stephen@honeywill.com.au with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. Submissions close on 22/11/2023 at 3:00pm |
