Tender Overview

The Department of Energy and Public Works released the QBuild Digital Solutions Request for Information (RFI) in July 2023 seeking information from Suppliers on solutions available in the marketplace that could form part of a future eco-system of solutions that will enable QBuild to retire the customised version of Ellipse 6.4 which currently supports QBuild’s operations.

Following from the RFI, QBuild has identified a need for the following solutions:

  • Estimation
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Program and Project Management (PPM)

The Estimation Solution ITO has been released and will close late January 2024.

EAM is likely to be released in early 2024. PPM may follow later in 2024.

Suppliers will be required to respond separately if responding for multiple solutions.

A briefing session will be held close to the release of the EAM Solution ITO.
