Section 1

Tender Overview

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTOOS028 – 23/24 – Safety Management system.

Council has a requirement for an end-to-end Safety Management system to ensure compliance with WH&S legislation across all council managed sites.

Key deliverables are:

  1. System configuration to meet Council requirements.
  2. Key user training
  3. Staged implementation of the system to Council departments
  4. Continuing support, maintenance, and upgrades of the system.

This contract will be performance managed with the following KPIs:

  1. The timely delivery of each module of the Safety Management System
  2. Effective communication and engagement with Council staff and stakeholders
  3. Completion of project within the agreed timeframes and approved project budget
  4. Compliance with Service Level Agreement.

This tender should also consider requirements for Risk and audit capability.

Council would look to enter into an agreement to use the contractor’s software with the contractor retaining the intellectual property.

The contract period for this Tender is 3 years with one (1) x 3-year extension option.
