Tender Overview

Public Trustee of Queensland intend to release a competitive tender seeking offers from suitably qualified plumbing and gas fitting service providers to undertake domestic/residential plumbing work for our customer properties throughout Queensland.

The outcome of the competitive tender is anticipated to provide successful suppliers a multi-year contract.

High level scope of works include:

  • Gain entry to property
  • Replace all lock types
  • Opening of safes

This Forward Procurement Schedule provides an opportunity for interested suppliers to prepare for the forthcoming tender. Please ensure your QTender details are up to date, and an alert is set to ensure you get notified once the tender goes live.

Tender documentation is likely to be released, to the open market via QTenders around July to September 2024.
