The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new Amenities Block at Woodford State School, located at 171 Archer Street. Woodford QLD 4514 as part of the Department of Educations current Capital Works program.
The works consists of the demolition of an existing toilet block and shade structure and the construction of a new amenities block, shade structure and associated landscaping works. The position of the building is at the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
