Tender Overview

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers with demonstrated experience in developing and hosting fast charging EV infrastructure. This is to undertake the supply, installation and operation of an EV charging station (Facility) under a lease for six (6) carpark sites at the Brolga Theatre, Maryborough QLD on a 5-year lease term with an option of a 1 x 5 years extension.

Tenderers are responsible for all electrical, civil and signage works, supply and installation of the EV chargers and operate and maintain the EV Charger infrastructure (Facility) at the six (6) carpark sites for the term of the lease at the Brolga Theatre, Maryborough QLD. The site requirements are DC based fast chargers, level 3/Mode 4 or above.

Tenderers will need to undertake at their own expense due diligence, including but not limited to, carrying out site investigations and gathering information on the suitability of the property for the Tenderer purposes, prior to making an offer. The successful Tenderer will need to undertake all works, including investigations, upgrades and approvals, at their own expense, to render the property suitable for the purpose for which it is being leased. FCRC will not be responsible for, or pay for, any expenses or losses which may have been incurred by any person in the preparation of their Tender.

The Council may award the lease to a single Tenderer. The contract for the lease of the site will be subject to the contract conditions as listed in Item 5 below.
