Tender Overview

Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors for the construction of a footpath and boardwalk upgrade along Belmore Tce (AKA The Bend), Sunshine Beach, as described in more detail in Part 4 – Scope. The works include but are not limited to:

  • Concrete footpath construction;
  • Raised timber boardwalk construction; and
  • Kerb and channel replacement.

All Works under contract must be compliant with Council’s Work Health and Safety Policy.
