Tender Overview

South Bank Corporation is seeking to establish a contract for structural remediation of the Clem Jones Promenade, Lower Timber Deck Replacement and Pontoon B & C Replacement.

South Bank Corporation has defined the Tender Requirements in the attached documents.

The intent is to contract using South Bank Corporation’s Design & Construct contract conditions.

Please note that you must complete and send the attached Confidentiality Agreement to the Contact Officer to receive the Principal Supplied Information. This is a mandatory requirement as part of this tender.
