The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, QBuild will be releasing invitation to offer (ITO) documentation, inviting contractors to submit offers for the completion of design and construction of Part C site set-up and Part D site works for the MMC program across, regional and remote areas of Queensland. Please see attached Forward Procurement Schedule for further details about this opportunity The invitation to offers' (tenders) are anticipated to go to market on the QBuild eTender website eTender - Home (hpw.qld.gov.au) commencing March 2024 Should you have any enquiries about the upcoming tender opportunities, please contact QBuildStrategicSourcing@epw.qld.gov.au and quote MMC PARTC&D in the subject line. Eligible Contractors may be required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2.
