Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from both commercial and community organisations for the lease of the Maryborough Baby Clinic (former) building for a potential term of up to 20 years (term to be negotiated) with the required experience, capacity and capability to activate this building and compliment the Draft Master Plan of the adjoining former Maryborough Administration Building site.
