Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Roof Replacements at Beenleigh SHS, located at 40 Alamein Street, Beenleigh QLD 4217, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The works involve roof replacements to four roofs in the school, all works must be completed by July 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
