Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Cairns Electorate Office Fitout – Design and Construct located at Cairns Square, Lease 2.6, Part 1st floor, 42-52 Abbott Street, Cairns.  

Depending on requirements these works specifically include (but not limited too):

  • design,
  • internal demolition,
  • plumbing,
  • electrical,
  • flooring,
  • partition walls,
  • final finishes,
  • joinery,
  • furniture,
  • CCTV and security hardware.

Please Note: onsite inspections must be pre-booked with the Customer Contact Officer at Patrick.flynn@parliament.qld.gov.au.
